We’ll meet virtually to dive into your wedding plans and all those dreamy aesthetic details you’ve been envisioning. This chat lays the foundation for your personalized floral design proposal—a beautifully detailed plan with pricing and design specifics tailored just for you. Once you’ve had a chance to review your proposal, we’re happy to hop on a follow-up call to tweak and perfect every detail. Let’s make those floral dreams a reality!

Once you’re in love with your design plan, we’ll make it official! We’ll take a deposit and have you sign a service agreement to lock in your date. From there, your event is officially on our calendar, and we’re all set to bring those floral dreams to life!

As your big day approaches and you’ve got all your RSVPs in, we’ll schedule a final meeting to review your floral plan from top to bottom. We’ll fine-tune anything that needs adjusting and make sure every bloom is perfectly in place. This will happen no later than four weeks before your wedding day. Afterward, we’ll send over your final invoice, which will reflect any changes we’ve made. Let’s make sure everything’s set to bloom beautifully!

It’s showtime! On your wedding day, our expert team will bring your floral vision to life. From delivery and installation to transferring florals between spaces (if needed) and handling strike-down and rental collection afterward, we’ve got it all covered.
